Happy Easter!

And the best looking zombie award goes to...Jesus Christ!  

Ok, religious jokes aren't funny.  Oops.

ok, yes they are.

We had an amazing Easter day!  We woke up bright and early with P and brought her downstairs.  I wish I would have videotaped it, she was so cute.  The previous night we had put together her new sand/water table and had it out for her with her Easter basket on top.  I put her down at the foot of the stairs and she sprinted over to it and immediately started playing.  About two minutes later she noticed the basket sitting there and said ooohh and ran over to get everything out.  

In her basket she got some new pj's, some fruit pouches, some puffs, and a rice krisipie peep.  She was most excited about that but when I gave it to her later she wouldn't even eat it.  Crazy kid.

After we had breakfast and got around we went outside for an egg hunt!  P had so much fun and had to open almost every egg to see and eat what was inside (puffs, goldfish, yogurt melts and a couple vanilla wafers).  The dogs enjoyed helping her...

After our egg hunt we decided to spend the day at the zoo.  It was gorgeous out and we had a blast.  P enjoyed the petting zoo and was overly excited to chase the goats.  She went from one to the next petting them.  It was hilarious.  Another time I wish I had videotaped.  Another dad there commented on how brave she was.  I tell you the kid isn't scared of much, except public toilets, which scare me too!

Watching the giraffes.  I can't wait to take her to the zoo back home where you can feed the giraffes.  It's so cool!

And her favorite part...goats.
